Low-Cal Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Batter Shake



1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
4 tablespoons of Truvia 
1/4 cup of pumpkin purée
1/4 cup cocoa powder
Splash of caramel extract (optional)
1/2 ice 

Blend all of the ingredients in a blender and enjoy! 

This shake has approximately 150 calories......for the ENTIRE shake! Very low sugar, no guilt here!
